SBK: CIV: Pirro-Savadori heat up the July challenge at Mugello

The countdown has begun. That's right, since the curtain will finally rise for the CIV on the first weekend in July. A long-awaited date, especially for the confrontation between Michele Pirro and Lorenzo Savadori. On Thursday and Friday, the two riders tested at Mugello, where the rider from Romagna got the chance to sharpen his weapons.

Savadori seems to show the right kind of confidence in view of his debut: “We rode very little in Misano but here, in Mugello, we managed to do a good job because luckily we had two sunny days ," the rider from Cesena stated. "We still have to work on different aspects so that we can be ready for the first round of the season."

Along with Lorenzo, Eddi La Marra also took to the track with the RSV4 1100: “We could've done much better," the Nuova M2 rider said. "We improved, and we got on the right path the second day. We continue to work on my Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory, and the team that always tries to satisfy my requests. It hasn't been an easy two days, but I'm sure we'll further improve."
