SBK, Redding: “I’ll be in the Superbike in 2024, but I can’t tell you with whom”

The announcement that everyone was waiting for from Scott Redding on Sunday didn’t happen. Last Saturday, his option with BMW expired for another two years, but everything is silent on both fronts.

However, the interested party wanted to share a message on social media regarding this situation:  

“Over the last few days, I’ve received more messages about what I’ll be doing next instead of the result I achieved last weekend,” he wrote. “At the moment, the only thing I can tell you is that I’ll be staying in the World Superbike Championship in 2024.  I really appreciate that you guys want to know what I’m going to do next year, but we still can’t say what’s going to happen. All I can say is that I’m staying in the World Superbike paddock, so we’ll see each other there.”

That’s what Scott wrote. All the clues lead to the him being destined to continue his adventure with the constructor in Munich, save for a dramatic turn of events.
