Jorge Martin will have to serve a Long Lap penalty in the next race. The Stewards, after summoning him after the sprint race at the Red Bull Ring, decided that the Spanish rider of team Pramac was responsible for the accident at the first corner, which caused the crashes of Bezzecchi, Oliveira and Zarco.
In the reasons you find below, we can read that his manoeuvre caused a type 3 accident, i.e., he caused a crash while overtaking by adopting an overly ambitious and/or aggressive race behaviour.
Martin will have to serve the penalty in tomorrow's race, or in any case in the first race in which he will take part.
