SBK: Iannone: “It was one of the most complicated days since my return

Andrea Iannone arrived at the Portimão tests after an encouraging performance in Jerez. But it turned out to be a Monday with a bitter aftertaste, since he ended up 17th behind Petrucci’s Ducati.

Apparently, the Ducati gve him problems, and the Go Eleven rider struggled to find the right direction to follow.

It was a tiring first day of tests,”  he said.  “Unfortunately, we had set-up problems in terms of electronics with bike one. So, we need to understand where to work for Tuesday, trying to improve. Like I said, it was a complex day, among the most complicated since I returned to the track. Bike two is better, but we can’t use it, because it’s the one we’ll be using from the first race of the season onward.

On Tuesday, Andrea will return to the track at 10am local time (11am Italian time), with the objective of reversing his trend.
