SBK: Cremona gets a makeover for Superbike, revamping logo and track

Preparations at the Cremona Circuit continue unabated ahead of the tenth round of World Superbike 2024, which will take place at the Lombardy track over the weekend of September 20-22. An event to which the racetrack will arrive sporting a new look, with a revamped logo, fresh colors and a coordinated image of international standing.

Effective right from today is the new logo of Cremona Circuit, the result of collaboration with some Italian benchmark agencies for the motoring and lifestyle sector. Created with the aim of emanating modernity and internationality, the logo represents the essences of speed and the world of motors, through elements such as cornering, braking and acceleration, carefully channeled into the new design, also made recognizable by a dedicated font. A new brand that not only embodies the essence of the facility, but aims to stylize in itself a concept that serves as a common denominator for all motorsport disciplines: the perfect trajectory. It also promises lasting brand recognition, thanks to the simplicity of both the concept itself and its execution.

These are all measures that will give an even more unique and distinctive identity to the Cremonese circuit and that also represent the commitment of the owners, headed by circuit boss Alessandro Canevarolo, with a view to the tenth WSBK round, to which the racetrack will arrive with a renewed look also in terms of facilities. After the latest work, the facility has in fact reached a capacity of about 20 thousand seats; while the track, which has been further improved, has reached an overall length of 3,768 meters.

A layout that the Superbike riders will have the opportunity to try out in the tests scheduled for May, and then give fans a show in the September Round. An unmissable event and one whose tickets are officially on sale starting today, Wednesday, April 24, 2024, on the Ticketone circuit and at the circuit's reception, with prices ranging from 40 to 150 euros, depending on the type of ticket.

"We are thrilled to present to the world this new logo, which distinguishes us for our closeness to the people, the territory, and motorcycle and motorsport lovers," said CEO Alessandro Canevarolo. " We chose as our inspiration one of the most iconic corners of the circuit, number 10, which launches us onto the long adrenaline-fueled straight, graphically applying to the logo all the features that our motorcycle fans know. The colors: red and dark gray, represent in themselves the passion and territory of Cremona. The track was opened at the beginning of April, and many fans have already been able to enjoy the gradients and new layout of the last section of the track."
