The World Endurance Championship has also had to deal with the coronavirus emergency. The French Minister of Health has in fact banned events involving more than 1,000 people and, following this decision, it has been decided to postpone the 24 Hours of Le Mans scheduled for 18-19 April.
The endurance classic will now take place on September 5-6, and tickets already purchased will be valid for that date, without any need for changes.
It remains to be seen whether this measure will also affect the MotoGP French Grand Prix, scheduled for May 17. The risk is that this event will also be postponed.
