SBK: China is nearly there: QJ's SuperSport debut in Barcelona

China is nearly there. After Kove's arrival in the SuperSport300, QJ Motor's debut is expected in Barcelona this weekend. The Asian company, which owns Benelli, is finally getting into action in the World SuperSport with its SRK 800 RR.

The bike still needs to be homologated, and it still has to go through two stages to receive it. Nevertheless, the SRK 800 RR will already be able to race starting in Montmelò, but without scoring points.

This is the same situation Honda experienced last season, when it was granted the opportunity to race without being homologated, however, resulting transparent for the purpose of the rankings.

QJ's adventure will begin in collaboration with Manuel Puccetti, who’s relaunching its commitment in the SuperSport, in addition to what they're already doing with Kawasaki.

A press conference is scheduled for Friday during which the program, and everything related to it, will be announced.
