MotoGP: BREAKING NEWS - Fracture of talus bone for Bagnaia, Mugello not at risk

The consequences of the incident at Le Mans for Bagnaia were more serious than expected. On Sunday evening, in France, Pecco thought he had only sprained his right ankle, but the pain didn't go away, and he decided to undergo further checks at the medical centre in Misano.

The checks showed a slight partial fracture of the talus bone. Fortunately, the injury is not serious, and Ducati has made it known that it will not affect his presence at the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello, scheduled for the weekend of 11 June.

Now Pecco will concentrate on his recovery to be in perfect shape for his home race.
