SBK, Petrucci: “It was one of the scariest crashes of my life”

"Yesterday, during my motocross training on the Cingoli track, I lost control of my bike before a jump and, instead of braking, the bike accelerated ... I jumped a lot and crashed on the ground. It was one of the scariest crashes of my life. I broke some teeth, my jaw in two parts, my collarbone, my shoulder blade, and I also have various skin lacerations. Thank you for all the messages. I hope I’ll be smiling again soon."

With this message on his social media channels this morning, Danilo Petrucci wanted to share, with all his fans who follow him, what happened yesterday in the accident he had during his training session on his motocross bike in Cingoli.

We wish Danilo all the best in his recovery, as we wait to see him back on the track battling it out, as always. This week has been truly unlucky for our riders in motocross training, if we also think of what happened to Dovizioso at the beginning of the week.
