Nov. 17 farewell to Phil Read. Mallory Park prepares 'the last lap'

Funeral ceremony for Phil Read MBE, 8 Times world champion. Held in Leatherhead, Surrey this is an opportunity for the Read family and Phil's friends to say a fond farewell to The Prince of Speed.

Attendance is strictly limited to the capacity of venue and we respectfully ask that only registered guests attend the service.

The Front Rows (Tier 1 tickets) are reserved for the Read family and Phil's close friends. Tier 2 tickets offer some seating options along with standing room spaces.

For those unable to attend in person a live stream of the funeral service will be available to view online and will be available to view for up to 30 days. (Details to be shared by the Read Family)

In 2023 we will fully and loudly celebrate Phil's life at the Fesival of 1000 Bikes held at Mallory Park, Leicester. It was his wish to have a "last lap" around the circuit where Phil started his racing career and has very fond memories. We hope to see as many of you there to make some noise and remember and honor Phil in style.
