MotoGP, Tardozzi: "Gabarrini's race to the pitlane? A safety issue."

Everyone was intrigued yesterday by Gabarrini's race to the pitlane with the front fender of Bagnaia's Desmosedici, which was then replaced at the starting grid. Why? Of course, Ducati didn't want to check Christian's physical condition, but the mechanics had noticed a potential problem.

"A mechanic told us that one of the clips wasn't pulling properly according to him. So, to be on the safe side, we decided to change it. He could've still raced with it if we hadn't replace it within the regulation three minutes," Davide Tardozzi explained.
